DIY bracelet.

Hi ya, I'm Kelly. Mom to buddy roo + two, designer, project manager & blogger at Westover Manor. Where I share my style, show off my little ones and talk a bit about life and design.

You can never have enough jewelry. Is basically my mantra. That, and bacon is appropriate for every meal. I stepped out of my comfort zone a bit with this piece but that's part of my new years objective - to follow my heart. And my heart swooned over this pin, and then my head took over and said what if we do it with fabric, and in silver?

westover manor | fabric and metal bracelet tutorial

this is a super cheap, easy and most importantly, adorable bracelet to make.
the longest part of it all was running to the hardware store for the nuts!

tools //
-A pair of scissors to cut your
-3 strips of fabric
-20 or so metal nuts

how to//
begin by tying off the fabric strips
create a 2-3 inch long braid
add the nuts to the sides of your braid
do one full braid between
and then add more nuts
keep adding until you've reached your desired length

add another 2-3 inch long braid
tie it off
wrap it around your wrist
and wear it.
